The Director General of the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute, His Excellency Ambassador Mohamed Ben Youssef, received, on the morning of Tuesday, 21 April 2026, at the Institute’s headquarters in Bamako, His Excellency Mr. Hassan Bel’aoui, Ambassador of the State of Palestine to the Republic of Mali.
Discussions focused on avenues for strengthening Africa-Arab relations in general, and on advancing bilateral relations between the State of Palestine and the Republic of Mali in particular. Both sides also reviewed prospects for expanding cultural and educational cooperation, as well as forthcoming joint programmes and activities, within the framework of an active partnership with the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute.
This meeting forms part of the Institute’s ongoing efforts to strengthen the bonds of cultural cooperation and to promote dialogue between Arab and African countries, in service of shared interests and mutual understanding among peoples.
