Ambassador Mohamed Ben Youssef, Director General of the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute, participated in the High-Level Forum on Cultural and Creative Industries in Arab States, hosted by the city of Rabat from 18 to 30 May 2026.

This first edition of the forum provided an opportunity for the Director General of the Institute to meet with numerous officials in the fields of culture and the arts, foremost among them the Minister of Youth, Culture and Communication of the Kingdom of Morocco and the Director General of the Arab League Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO). Discussions focused on ways to strengthen cooperation and establish partnerships between the Africa-Arab Cultural Institute and various structures and institutions concerned with culture, heritage, arts, and creativity across Arab countries.
